TIARAH Designs – Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

At TIARAH Designs, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our policy below before making a purchase.

Shipping

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Australia-wide shipping: Express Post delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer store credit or exchange only. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sarees must be returned with their original folds intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Saree blouses (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items not purchased directly from the TIARAH Designs website

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

To process your claim, a continuous 360° unboxing video is required. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Once approved, we will provide a replacement (subject to availability) or store credit.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
